QR Payment (LankaQR)

Scan the QR code using any LankaQR supported app (Genie, FriMi, Flash, etc.)

  1. Open your app and select ‘Scan QR’.
  2. Scan the QR code displayed below.
  3. Enter the amount and Confirm.

 * No charges for payments up to Rs. 5,000. Approved charges apply for higher amounts.

GovPay

  1. Log in to your existing Banking or Fintech app.

  2. Go to Bill Payments → Government Payments → GovPay.

  3. Select the Imaduwa Pradeshiya Sabha, choose the Service Type, and enter the Amount and Reference Number.

  4. Review the payment details and Confirm the Transaction.

  5. Obtain the e-receipt and SMS confirmation, then forward it to us.

    *Subject to a nominal facility fee of Rs. 15.

elgservices.lk (Credit/Debit Card)

  1. Register and Login to elgservices.lk.
  2. Select the relevant service and enter payment details.
  3. Confirm the transaction using your card details.
